Wash the lotus root and peel off the skin -

Wash and drain the peppers. -

Stuff the pepper into the hole of the lotus root -

Add water, pepper, salt and green onions to a boil and let cool. -

Pour into the bowl with the lotus root slices, cover and seal with plastic wrap, place in a cool place for one day, then refrigerate after one day. -
