How to stir-fry meat with white mushrooms
1.Prepare the main ingredients: white mushrooms, pork, spicy millet, and two thorns.
2. Slice the pork, add dark soy sauce, starch, and cooking wine and marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Slice the white mushrooms and set aside.
4. Add cold water to the pot, bring to a boil, add white mushrooms and blanch for two minutes, remove and wait for cold water use.
