How to make crystal meat jelly
1. First blanch the pig skin in water, cook for 15 minutes, then take it out and scrape off the fat with a knife. Plug out excess hair.
2. Add water to the pot and add onion and ginger. After the water boils, add the pork skin and cook. Add a little cooking wine, open the lid and cook for 3-4 minutes, take out and cut into thin strips.
