How to make cauliflower with tomato sauce
1.Cut cauliflower into small florets Wash and set aside
2.Cut the tomatoes with a cross-cut knife, blanch them in boiling water and peel them
3.Take a pot, boil water, scald the cauliflower and take it out raw and set aside
4. Dice tomatoes and set aside
5. Chop green onions and ginger and set aside
6.Take the pot and pour it Add appropriate amount of oil
7. Heat the oil, add diced tomatoes and minced ginger and stir-fry
8. Stir-fry the tomatoes to release the juice , as shown in the picture
9.Add the blanched cauliflower and stir-fry
10. Stir-fry until cooked ,addAdd appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste
11.Add chopped green onion. Take out the pot
12.Plate and serve!
