Ingredients (7)
- 1.5 cups fresh mixed berries (raspberries and strawberries)
- 2 tbsp icing sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 6 large scoops Bulla Creamy Classics Choc Hazelnut Ice Cream
- 150ml milk
- Fresh berries, to serve
- 1 tbsp Bulla Whipping Cream, extra, to dollop
Method
- Step 1 Place the berries, sugar and water into a blender. Pulse until mix is a smooth sauce.
- Step 2 Strain berry sauce. Place the ice cream, milk and strained berry sauce into a clean blender and pulse until thick and smooth.
- Step 3 Pour thick shake into serving glasses. Top with a dollop of whipping cream and fresh berries. Serve immediately.
