Ingredients (7)

  • 1.5 cups fresh mixed berries (raspberries and strawberries)
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 6 large scoops Bulla Creamy Classics Choc Hazelnut Ice Cream
  • 150ml milk
  • Fresh berries, to serve
  • 1 tbsp Bulla Whipping Cream, extra, to dollop

Method

  • Step 1 Place the berries, sugar and water into a blender. Pulse until mix is a smooth sauce.
  • Step 2 Strain berry sauce. Place the ice cream, milk and strained berry sauce into a clean blender and pulse until thick and smooth.
  • Step 3 Pour thick shake into serving glasses. Top with a dollop of whipping cream and fresh berries. Serve immediately.
