Show ingredient quantity- Step 1 Place the potato550g kestrel potatoes, quartered in the air fryer. Heat to 180°C. Spray with oil and sprinkle with salt. Cook, turning occasionally and spraying with oil, for 20 minutes or until the potato is crisp and golden.
