Ingredients (2)

  • 2 ripe Pink Lady apples, peeled, cored, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp water

Method

  • Step 1 Place the apple in a medium saucepan. Drizzle over water. Place over medium heat and cook, covered, for 10 minutes or until tender.
  • Step 2 Use a hand blender to blend until smooth. Serve warm.
